By using twaud.io, you signify that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions.

Massive Robot reserves the right to remove any audio for any reason whatsoever. Specifically, any audio uploaded that is pornographic or offensive in nature, infringes upon copyrights not held by the uploader, is illegal or violates any laws, will be immediately deleted and the IP address of the uploader reported to authorities. Violating these terms will result in termination of your ability to upload further audio.

We reserve the right to ban any individual uploader or website domain from using our servies for any reason.

We cannot be held liable for any damages. All data, text, or other materials ("Content"), are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated. You, and not Massive Robot, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through twaud.io. Massive Robot does not control the Content posted and does not guarantee the accuracy or integrity of such Content.

Massive Robot shall not be liable for any statements or conduct of any third party using the service. By using twaud.io you may be exposed to Content that is indecent, objectionable or offensive.

Massive Robot will not be liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content. Massive Robot will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available on twaud.io. Massive Robot assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, miss-delivery or failure to store any User content, communication or personal settings.

You agree to indemnify and hold Massive Robot, its officers and employees exempt from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, transmit, post or otherwise make available through twaud.io.

Copyright

By uploading your audio to twaud.io you give Massive Robot permission to use or distribute your audio on twaud.io or affiliated sites. All audio uploaded is copyright © their respective owners.If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any User Submission or other content infringes upon your copyrights please contact Massive Robot and we will investigate the matter.

Repeat Infringers: Massive Robot will terminate the access privileges of any user who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others.

Reporting Copyright Infringement: While we cannot monitor all content on the service we will act swiftly against any copyright infringement. Please report all cases either via the 'Report Abuse' button or emailing therobot@massiverobot.co.uk with the URL of the content in question.
